Narrow Aisle Critical Parts Carriage & Reach Assembly
Both the carriage and reach assembly on a narrow aisle truck would go through significant amounts of stress during a full shift. The high durability of these parts is totally needed so as to make sure that the forklift maintains high production levels. Yale reach mechanisms are specially designed utilizing heavy-duty components in order to extend long life and total durability of the components. For more durability, the reach assembly is cushioned at the end of the stroke. This specific design feature helps to provide exceptional durability and maintain operator ergonomics. Excellent visibility is maintained by the open carriage design that offers optimal house routing.
Reach Assembly Rear Carrier:
The Reach Assembly Rear Carrier is mounted on angled load rollers to be able to force rigidity and durability by resisting side to side forces. The inner frame assembly provides an inner frame which is stronger. This design is made to withstand shocks and vibration during handling loads. There are many thick inner frame side weldments specially made for added durability.
